Hospitality entrepreneurs Remi Laba and Aymeric Clemente created the Bagatelle brand in New York City. Since then, Bagatelle has expanded its locations nationally and globally to Los Angeles, New York, Miami, St. Tropez, Sao Paolo, Dubai, and St. Barth.
